Here at Serene Flow Wellness, I work with you to find the root cause of your health issues. I also help you to identify genetic weaknesses and how lifestyle choices may be contributing to your current state of health. You may have been looking to make changes but never knew where to start. I will design a personalized lifestyle plan with recommendations tailored to you. Recommendations may include the foundations of health, nutrition advice, services and herbal supplements to help you reach your health goals. Iridology: The irises are connected to every organ and tissue by means of nerve connections. Analysis of the irises can reveal genetic weaknesses and tissue conditions in your body. It can also reveal potential health issues at it's earliest stage.

ZYTO Scan: Non-invasive transdermal optical imaging analyzes blood flow patterns in your face. Reveals which body systems, lifestyle areas and emotions need the most support.

PH: Saliva and Urine PH shows how the digestive system is running. Upper and lower digestion should be running at the same rate for optimal body function and nutrient absorption. If they are running at different speeds, too slow or too fast, symptoms will be manifest.

Face/Tongue/Nail Analysis: According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) the physical appearance of our face, tongue and nails reveals valuable information regarding organ function. Observing these physical signs helps us to identify underlying health issues.

What does a phone consultation include?

I will call you to discuss your eye evaluation, ZYTO report, etc. I will also talk about the recommendations I have put together for you. We can also discuss some of your health goals and how you can achieve them.
How do you do remote iridology?

After booking a session. I will contact you with brief instructions on how to take eye photos. You can take them yourself or someone can help you take them. All you need is a phone camera and a flash light/penlight. It is ok to wear contacts. Here are some sample eye photos:
How are pH tests done?

I will mail you pH test strips. The email sent to you will include simple instructions on how to test your own pH. The numbers can then be emailed to me.

How does the remote ZYTO scan work?

After booking your session, I will email you a personal ZYTO scan link. All you need is good even lighting in order for the scan to work. The results will be sent to you.
